Audio Joiner

Upload multiple audio files, drag to reorder, and merge them into a single track.

Why join audio files?

Combining multiple audio files into one is useful for assembling podcast episodes from separate segments, creating mixtapes, merging chapters of an audiobook, or stitching together voice recordings. Rather than switching between files during playback, a single merged file is easier to share, upload, and manage.

Crossfade explained

A crossfade smoothly blends the end of one track into the beginning of the next, eliminating abrupt transitions. This tool lets you set a crossfade duration between 0 and 5 seconds. At 0 seconds the tracks are simply concatenated with no overlap. At higher values, the outgoing track fades out while the incoming track fades in, creating a seamless transition.

Drag to reorder

After uploading your files, you can drag and drop items in the track list to rearrange the order. The final merged file will follow the order shown in the list from top to bottom.

How it works

This tool uses ffmpeg.wasm to concatenate audio files. All processing runs locally in your browser via WebAssembly. No audio is uploaded to any server. The merged result is encoded as MP3 or WAV and offered as a download.

Privacy

Your audio files stay on your device. Nothing is transmitted to any server. All merging and encoding happens in your browser.
